Special Occasion Events

We take great delight in helping corporations and hospitals promote their special occasions. For special occasion (diversity) events we do not only bring pictures, we bring whatever adds to the culture of the special event.

We have some wonderfully romantic pictures, which will take your breath away. Then in addition we bring flowers, jewelry from around the world, and collectible dolls. Our kissing dolls were very popular this year.

Having spent my early years in Africa and with excellent sources of African Art, this is a very special event. Our pictures trace the history of Blacks in America, from the times of slavery, to the Cotton Picking in the South, to the Civil Rights Movement. Very much a part of Black History is the music. The Black History is rich in color and rhythm. Among our unique and unusual products are shadow boxes, wood carvings, batiks, books, music CDs and figurines.

This is a day of color fun and lively music. When our event is combined with Mexican food from the Cafeteria this event is our very best! We have many wonderful Spanish pictures. The favorite artist is Diego Rivera. In addition to Pictures we bring Piņatas, Hats, Latino Books (especially for children), Books which tell the Spanish story, and Music from Latin America to add to the fabulous celebration of this day.

Volunteers are very special people and deserve recognition. We have pictures, which acknowledge the volunteers. See below. The Inscription reads, "May today be as beautiful for you as you make each day for others."

We are able to bring angel pins, and you can have your Volunteer of the Month and the Year pictures beautifully framed by us. At this event there are interesting books which tell the history of volunteering and suggest successful actions and ideas.

Mothers’ Day

Our theme for Mothers’ Day is usually Home and Country. We have some exciting Cottage and Kitchen pictures. In addition to pictures for this event we add jewelry, figurines, Bath & Body, and clothing. It is easy to buy a unique Mother’s’ Day gift at a Picture Lady Mothers’ Day show.

We bring the greatest Music, Old Cars and Golfing Pictures. A Father’s Day Event includes tools, books, music, clothes and some great surprises. The Books on the Civil War, the History of Airplanes and Automobiles are all interesting. The barbecue ideas are useful. You will also find automotive Knick Knacks.

This is our American Heritage Show. Here you will see pictures of the Great American Outdoors, Island Vacations, American Indians, Cowboys, Civil War, the history of America. The shopper will be able to buy not just pictures but Flags, and Resort Wear, fabulous for the summer months. There is a good selection of travel books. Our summer shows include books, games and toys for children. There are also some unique items for "Back to School."

This includes the Middle East with some thought provoking books about the conflicts and factions which exist in the Middle East. But this show is not all serious. We have wonderful pictures of the oceans and the islands with palm trees and beaches. Our oriental selection is exquisite. This is a very rich show.

Shiver and shake with our skeletons! Lots of gimmicks. Lots of eerie lights. It is a real fun show and we dress up as wizards and witches.

A standard Picture Lady event which should be held before Thanksgiving. It includes decorations for and books about Thanksgiving. The children’s’ books are great. There are exquisite linens, place mats and Cookbooks.

Our Christmas event is very special. We have fairy pictures, dolls, angels, unusual jewelry, angels and decorations (from Kenya for Kwanzaa) for the tree that you will find nowhere else. Our Christmas books are warm and moving and/or spiritual. We present a very unique and beautiful Christmas event.
