Is it
safe to
order from you online?
Yes, online ordering with us is quite safe. The credit card information
you supply is processed by a secure server, which means that hackers
can't get at the information.
Will my
credit card get charged right away?
No, your credit card will not be charged until your order has been
filled. This is because there are frequent changes in the art world.
Fashions change, new pictures and frames arrive and others get phased
out. If we cannot fill your order for some reason, we will get in touch
with you and suggest alternatives, which you can of course accept or
reject.
What
about
sales tax and shipping and handling charges?
We pay the sales tax and we provide FREE
shipping
and handling. Please note that we only ship within the USA.
Are the
pictures covered with glass?
There are two basic ways you can order a
picture.
You can order the print only, in which case it will be shipped to you
rolled up in a cardboard tube. If you order a framed picture, we apply
a texture to the print. This is a new technique which enhances the
picture and makes it look like an original oil painting. Glass-covered
pictures tend to break during shipment, so we no longer provide that
option, except for a few small 8"x10" pictures where the risk of
breakage is smaller.
How
long will
I have to wait for my order?
We process your order as soon as possible, but assembling a picture to
your specifications takes time. Expect a delay of up to a month for a
framed picture. A print-only order usually ships sooner than that.
