Recipe

• Brew the coffee.
  
• Whip the Cream - add a spoon or two of sugar to improve the consistency.
  
• The cream should be stiff after beating. Heat the glass lightly for this will prevent it from cracking.
•  Add an inch of Irish whiskey to each glass.
  
• Add the coffee - leave an inch or two for the cream which you add.
  
• Don't mix it, for the cream should float on the top.
  
• Add some crumbled chocolate for extra taste and decoration.
  
• Serve with candles or add a green fragrance lamp and floral arrangement to your table.
  
• What a wonderful way to end the day!
