Irish Coffee
Make March 17th, Saint Patrick's Day,
special with a serving of warm aromatic Irish Coffee!

Recipe
- Brew the
coffee.
- Whip
the Cream - add a spoon or two of sugar to improve the consistency.
- The cream
should be stiff after beating. Heat the glass lightly for this will
prevent it from cracking.
- Add
an inch of Irish whiskey to each glass.
- Add the coffee - leave an inch
or two for the cream which you add.
- Don't mix
it, for the cream should float on the top.
- Add some
crumbled chocolate for extra taste and decoration.
- Serve
with candles or add a green fragrance lamp and floral arrangement to
your table.
- What a
wonderful way to end the day!
